Draft complaints, discovery requests, motions for summary judgment, and trial briefs.
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Argue motions in state and federal court.
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
Work alongside forensic experts, accident reconstructionisms, and medical professionals to build
